Nazi Moon Base
Esoteric Hitlerists and conspiracy theorists interested in Nazi mysticism and World War II have speculated that the Germans landed on the Moon as early as 1942. Evidence for these claims has been asserted in reports and articles written by Vladimir Terziski, the president of the American Academy of Dissident Sciences (whose mailing address is an apartment in Los Angeles). Terziskis writings are associated with Miguel Serranos claims relating to New Swabia and discuss purported German explorations and colonisations of the Moon (and Mars) before the historic Moon landing in July 1969. This story also incorporates the urban legend of an Apollo moon landing hoax.
According to other theories it is believed that the Nazis had made contact with half a dozen alien races, including the malevolent Reptilians.
These accounts suppose that the Nazis had a capability for spaceflight due to their advanced technology in engineering as well as the exoatmospheric rocket saucers of the Miethe and Schriever type, which are described in Terziskis work along with pictures and designs.
According to these myths, the flying saucer (Flugscheibe) and rocket craft models were produced by the SS Military Technical Branch E-IV of the Nazi military science division.
These "interplanetary" flying crafts are said to be the vehicles in which the Nazis managed to land and colonise the Moon along with Mars:
The first of the crafts were designed by Viktor Schauberger who modelled the Repulsin A & B, a discoid craft that functioned on a vortex motor (examples [Repulsin A] [Repuslin B]).
The Rudolf Shriever Flugkreisel (Flight Gyro), a disc-shaped aircraft (with 5 kerosene jet engines but no apparent oxidisation source for operation in the vacuum of space) was first produced in 1943 as an interplanetary exploration vehicle. It purportedly had a diameter of 60 metres and stood 45 metres high, as well as containing 10 stories of crew compartments.
The Richard Miethe Flugscheibe (Flight Disc) prototype (with the Schauberger vortex motor), designed in April 1944 as a rocket craft built to 15 and 50 metres of diameter.
Vladimir Terziski believes he has proven the existence of a lunar atmosphere, as well as the presence of water and vegetation on the Moon. He also claims space suits are not needed on the Moon, that the Germans constructed their lunar headquarters by tunneling under the lunar surface and by the end of the war had established a small Nazi research base.
According to Terziski the Germans continued their space effort from the Antarctic colony of Neuschwabenland after the end of the war in May 1945.
There is no generally accepted support for any of these claims.
Real and Hoax German Disc Types
They expected to obtain some secret super knowledge to seize the domination over the world. Secret expeditions were sent to Tibet and the Himalayas. The number of such expeditions considerably increased when Nazis came to power in 1933. The secret projects were especially active within 1935-1939, and probably expeditions were even sent after the war campaign in Europe started. But all the documents pertaining to the projects were destroyed before Nazi Germany capitulated or probably are still being kept in undisclosed hiding-places. Ufologists several times supposed that some Nazi expedition probably came across a wrecked UFO and contacted its crew. That highly likely occurred in the Himalayas. Or maybe the Germans took an extraterrestrial crew prisoners or came across an alien base. However, the majority of researchers think that contacts between Germans and crews of crashed UFOs were mutually beneficial. Aliens got materials to repair their space vehicles, and Nazis gained new and knowledge and technologies from aliens. So, much of Germanys scientific researches are considered to be achieved thanks to the information obtained from extraterrestrial civilizations. Indeed, outstanding scholars and researchers left Germany, and national scientific schools stopped functioning during WWII. And it is unlikely that scientific and technical achievements that Germany fixed could be done taking into account the situation in the national science in Germany. In the sphere of modern technologies Germany was far ahead of its basic war enemies - the United States and the Soviet Union that held an immense scientific potential.
Could flying saucers -- if they exist at all -- be interplanetary spacecraft or missiles originating from the Soviet Union? Americans have been hammered from every angle by imaginative writers claiming that UFOs are spaceships piloted by lilliputian creatures, or super-secret weapons of the US Air Force. However, a possibility neglected by the American press has been that they might be ultra-modern aerospace vehicles produced by the Soviet government.
What follows is a translated condensation of a series of articles published in 1954 by the German magazine Frankfurter Illustrierte. They purport to present evidence that flying saucers were developed and produced in the Soviet Union during World War II.
The magazine gave the following detailed account of a top secret U. S. document that it said fully explained the flying saucer mystery. Here is the gist of the articles.
In March 1944, a top secret file numbered 250/eE was opened in the office of the chief of OSS [what is now the CIA] in Washington DC. It told how that organization had dispatched 16 agents to a foreign country to conduct investigations of a highly classified nature.
In 1946 the [CIA] struck out the names of 14 of the agents, all lost on duty, but a fifteenth made it back to tell such an incredible story that officials passed it off as unbelievable. Another agent using the code name PKR, who had been listed as missing for three and a half years but during this time had been employed as a scientist's assistant in a Soviet laboratory, corroborated all that the first agent had reported and answered many questions the government had concerning flying saucers.
PKR told of a German scientist, Horst Pinkel, who in 1928 was a principal in an exchange program of German and Russian officers. Pinkel, a high frequency expert, was the only officer who failed to return to his homeland a year later.
According to PKR, Pinkel had been an ardent follower of German doctor of engineering Walter Lewetzow, whose theories on gravity and light had received some ridicule from German colleagues. Pinkel had advanced Lewetzow's theory into the following form -- that the entire universe is filled with rays whose particles or waves, traveling in all directions, cause a neutral and balancing effect on all matter. Pinkel believed that if these rays were harnessed and controlled, they could be the source of a power almost equaling that needed to create what most scientists referred to as "the impossible perpetual motion". Pinkel claimed that if one ever succeeded in weakening and controlling the rays, the world would have a collossal, practical and everlasting source of energy.
PKR reported that Horst Pinkel had first taken over a huge building at the edge of the town of Kaluga near Moscow in 1930 and, with all necessary materials available to him, proceeded to research the theoretical rays. By 1938, he had successfully proven his theory through experiment and observation. Three years later, he had finished developing instrumentation for measuring the strange new rays.
PKR said that a special laboratory in Magnitogorsk was the next place where Pinkel was moved. In this laboratory, he discovered that the rays belonged to a new category whose single rays change with a terrific speed from the character of ordinary waves into the clear character of corpuscles. He found that "the rhythm of change of the oscillation-frequency remained parallel,"stated PKR's report.
In November 1942, Pinkel, with a group of Russian scientists and inventors, moved to the district of Belaja in the south Urals where a secret MVD-supervised laboratory was set up. The Kremlin had hoped that Pinkel could finish the project in time to construct a powerful new weapon for use against the Germans, but time ran out. PKR was able to bring back to the US the exact formula for an alloy which Pinkel had developed for use in fabricating a craft utilizing the powerful new rays.
Air Marshal Konstantin Wershinin took over the Installations of Science in May 1948 and urged his scientists to complete more of the craft, which had terrific speeds and a potential sphere of action the same as the "radius of the universe".At that time, PKR reported, five flying saucers had been constructed in the Soviet Union.
PKR also brought back plans for construction of such a craft and the precise data for harnessing the fantastic ray that Pinkel had discovered.
In May 1949, the soviet newspaper Pravda surprised many observers by quoting one of Russia's most famous aeronautical engineers,"If ever an aircraft from earth lands on one of the heavenly bodies, it will be Soviet". Pravda has long been considered the Soviet Union's foremost propaganda outlet. But such a statement was unprecedented.
The magzine article concluded that in February 1952, an announcement from the Soviet Zialkowski Laboratory claimed the Russians were at work on a "Space Island" that would allow a stop-over for space vehicles flying from earth to "other particles in the Universe."
